NODES are a set of modular power accessories that bring power and light right where you need it.

In today’s world, the line between the physical and virtual is blurred, work and personal life seamlessly overlap, and home and office spaces are shared. While our electronic devices have become increasingly multifunctional, adaptable, and portable, the way we power them remains rooted in a century-old standard: the wall outlet.

But what if power outlets and lights could be as flexible, adaptable, and portable as the devices we use?

NODES offer a modular power system with four components: a power strip, a battery, a light, and a cord, that can be combined in a variety of configurations to satisfy different needs and usage scenarios.

As renting becomes more common than owning a home and renovating an interior takes effort, time and money, many people lack the flexibility to decide where to place power outlets and lights, resulting in cluttered cables and poorly lit spaces.

Power strip module

The power strip has a spherical design and includes 3 AC outlets, 2 USB-C ports, and a male AC plug that can be connected to a cable, battery, or directly to the wall.

The Power strip is made of durable Polycarbonate with a matte finish. One side features a silicone pad with de-bossed logo that provides a soft and stable base for the strip.

Light module

The light module is shaped after a light bulb, with a frosted transparent diffuser and a male AC plug. The textured dial at the bottom of the diffuser serves as both an ON/OFF switch and a dimmer, allowing precise control over the light intensity.

The battery module features a 20,000mAh battery, an AC outlet, and a non-slip base for added stability when placed on a table.

Different combinations to suit different needs

WALL MOUNTED. The power strip, either alone or paired with the light, can be mounted directly on the wall to offer multiple power outlets and lighting in a sleek, compact design. For example, it can be placed on a bedside to provide easy access to power and a convenient reading light.

WIRED. In situations where wall outlets are not ideally located, the power strip and the light, either alone or combination, can be connected to the included cable and placed wherever needed.

BATTERY-POWERED. When connected to the battery module, the power strip and light become truly portable opening up a variety of interesting scenarios: a battery-powered power strip, a battery-powered light, a battery-powered power strip + light.

FLEXIBILITY & CUSTOMISABILITY. Users can easily mix and match various modules to meet their specific needs. Additionally, they can upgrade Nodes with new modules to enhance functionality and customize the appearance by combining modules in different colors for a unique style. Modularity also benefits businesses by offering product variations to customers while keeping the number of SKUs to a minimum.

REPAIRABILITY & SUSTAINABILITY. Modularity simplifies and reduces the cost of repairing a faulty product. While the total cost of individual modules may be higher than that of an integrated product, replacing a faulty module is less expensive than replacing the entire product. Additionally, modularity enhances the product’s environmental sustainability by extending its lifespan, as faulty modules can be replaced without discarding the whole product.
